ADD THIS is good for Link building?

I am using Addthis.com bookmarking code to my website . By using this if any one bookmark my site in their Social bookmark like twitter, facebook .... its showing my link as http://bit.ly/dtgWJA and if i mouse over on that link it shows the same link , but if i click it redirect to my link .

Whether its good for link building ? .... Kindly replay me

 

Through ADD THIS, people can easily bookmark your website so it can just bring you some traffic.

 

I dont think its good for link building, it is only useful for the blogger to access the social networking sites easily.

Instead of we getting the link building, addthis.com site has eventually benefited by their button installed all over the blogs. The perfect example is it has a PR9.

 

Yeah, I don't see the link building benefits in this, maybe it could bring you in some traffic, but I doubt it counts as a backlink.

Yes, it is good for backlinks.

Bit.ly is a 301 redirect and as such, link juice will pass through.
