Add some of the keywords to the URL of the category pages?

I'm building a new online games website
and my question is :

If the url of my site is www.gamesff.com (games for free)

and I want to optimize my categories "Racing games" , "Action Games", "Sports Games"


do the Url of my category need to be:
1. www.gamesff.com/action
or
2. www.gamesff.com/action-games
what is better?

I'm asking it , Because there is a "games" keyword in my main Url of my website "gamesff.com"

I would always go with action-games, its good for seo as long as the page content contains the same keyword combination, and can hel you organise urls during building new pages, ie yoursite/action-games/newest, like those used on arcadearchives

 

www.gamesff.com/action-games is better.
As far as the URL doesn't become really long you should use the exact phrase

 

action-games will work wayyy better. Its short and specific.
