add site to adsense

    I have adsense account but i have no idea where to go to add my site so they can review it and accept/deny me.

    I got some info on other site but still am little confused. I have adsense account and connected 2 youtube accounts where i make "small" money but i never got paid because every month i get from both channels 0.XX $ but i dont even bother to upload videos on youtube, and on other forum ppl saying that i can just make ad and paste it on any site and thats it. I still remember when i needed to wait for approval for site and it was last for months and now they dont do that?
