Add several web site to Google Analitics

I plan to create 2 web sites about unrelated things. But the main aim is to put advertisement on them to promote another my web site. All of them hosted on the same account. Is it advisable to do ? I am also plan to register all of them on one google account(Analitics, Web Master )
