    What do you mean?

add other rss feeds to your blog?
or make rss available from your blog for others to read?

    Well,

It'd be a bit easier to answer your question if we knew a few things about your blog...

What blog software do you use?
    Where is your blog hosted?
What do you want to be able to do with the rss display?

Well, you have options. First - use something like WordPress and some plugins to add rss feeds. But you will need to to the stuff manually every time, which is boring. However - there is a way to automate it completely it looks like the real blog (or 1000 of blogs) which are being autoupdated and then pinged. PM or email me if interested in discussion. :)

Sorry to bump this, but I figured it was better than creating a whole new thread. I'm using blogger on blogspot and want to add other RSS feeds to my blog (actually I just want to add my own del.icio.us RSS feed to my site) inside individual blog posts.

I've used this before: http://jade.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/feed/index.php?s=build and it works great for sites running on my own web space, but blogger won't let me use javascript and I don't have access to run PHP either. Is there prehaps another way that I can add this support to my blog? Does Feedburner offer such a service that I am unaware of?

I found this which looks like it would work, however it only accepts rss.xml feeds, which aren't what I need. I'll keep looking, but if anyone knows one that works on all (or most) types of feeds, let me know.

Yes, Feedburner would be the solution your looking for - the advantage with feedburner too is that you can see the number of people who have subscribed to your RSS feed.

    Hope this helps

Try onelurv too. It's essentially an online feed reader. Once configured, the same content can be displayed on your site with a simple embedded code.
