Add placement in my Tech blog

    I wanted to know if the add placements are OK in my site tiktech.com , if it is not ok tell me placement to make changes.

    I'm not sure that banner up top will work too well because I think people will scroll down too quickly and miss it - but I think the ones on the side will be good.
