if i want to let pr and authority fluid from homepage to specific inner page and ignore other page. i know use nofollow. but should i add it on homepage link or add it on inner page by <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />
    ?
there is any different between the two way ?

I tend to use robots "noindex, nofollow" or "noindex, follow" for pages that I don't want indexed. As far as I can tell it works fine and doesn't pass PR to the page. It won't hurt to do a rel="nofollow" in the anchor text of the link either. I believe both work just fine.

you do the first one coz the 2nd content="noindex, nofollow" will not pass PR to the links in those pages, but it will follow the links in home pages i.e. more un necessary work for the bots
the 1st is brief and effective i.e. use links with nofollow
