Add New Channel Popup Added

I didn't see this new link yesterday but today in the Ad setup pages I notice a link to 'add new channel'. When you click it a popup appears that lets you add a new channel name.

This means you don't have to leave the set up pages to go to the channels page to set up a new one which means you don't loose your design etc.

I was only thinking yesterday that this was one of the more annoying parts of the AdSense set up workflow - a welcome change.

Meh, it doesn't really mean anything to me. But it seems like something there to have anyway

 

I actually found it usefull today.

I did all my ad codes specs. and then saw select a channel?

And was like damnit! I gotta go back, but then underneath it I saw that option.

 

Me too - in fact, I requested this change on one of their surveys. Nice to see that they're listening.

That's a really nice change...I always forget creating the channel before the ad layout :/

FYI, it's a JavaScript prompt/input message box not a popup window:
var channelName = prompt(channelPrompt, '');

 

google is improving.. love it

 

change is the only constant as we hear so often.

and this change is soooooo good and definitely enhances the experience

 

That's exactly what happened to me yesterday so I'm happy with the new feature
