Very simple job to add code to functions.php and header.php to display header image. The code is already written just need to be correctly configured. Very basic free wp theme from wordpress.org , no difficult tricks. Need it asap. Thanks $5 USD .
Just make sure you do the changes in a child theme. The man is somewhat confused about WordPress and doesn't distinguish between WP core and WP theme updates.
