    Just open you account,Then Click "Add Funds" button..whether it's verified or not?

    Do you want to add funds in your paypal account or send someone money through paypal using your credit card ?

    BTW you can't do anything with Indian Debit Card there in paypal.

    You can send money instantly using a credit card.Just added CC to ur paypal..:)

    If you are Indian then you can not add funds.. Adding funds could be done only in UK and USA paypal accounts.

    Yes you can but there should not be any money in your Paypal Balance ..

    because the first source of money is your Paypal balance and secondary source is your CC which is added to your account.

    If you send amount in other currency then your primary currency of Card then it will involve a currency conversion charge at your end i.e CC statement will show a currency conversion charge added to the amount debited from CC
