I think you can transfer followers from one account to another but you have to delete the old account after. It is not possible to add followers from one account and keep them on another.

As everyone here has said, it is not possible. The easiest way would just to switch the name of your first account, to a new name if you are trying to keep all your old followers but change names. If you are trying to double up on followers though, it is impossible.
Good question. But, I’m afraid there is no way to achieve this. There might be apps to allow you to follow the same set of users, effectively resulting in a ‘move’ from one account to the other. But, there is no way to consolidate followers. Followers, have to voluntarily decide on whether they want to follow you or not. There is no way to automatically make them follow you without their approval.
Indirectly! If your followers use autofollow (like in tweet adder) then you just add them to your new twitter profile.
