Add Blog to Current Site & PHP changes

    I have a site that people submit a website to. The front page is currently very simple. The submitted sites get written to a TXT file on the site.

    1- I want to add a simple blog to show my updates. WP is OK. Existing theme that is modified is OK.
    2- I want to capture the IP address of the submitter
    3- I want more space for ads.
    4- I want to add a menu for other pages.

    Please only respond if your iTrader is over 20.

    $20 is still pretty cheap for those 3
