Add autopayment to script, PHP based

Hi I have a script that I want some changes made too.

The script is PHP and Smarty Template based.
Currently the script has fully automated Paypal integration. I want the same automation for 2 other payment processors also in it, Moneybookers and LibertyReserve.
If you can do this then I also have a few other things that you could add to it later, but lets start with this.
Let me know price to fix this. I will send you the files and you will let me know what files you add to it, or change to it.
