Add an additional email in Paypal

I have added another email address into my PP account, but this email is owned by a friend. Can this person access to my PP by forgot password method?

 

Because he want to sell on ebay but he doesn't have a paypal account, he borrow my account to receive email notification about his transaction

 

It should not be encouraged to lend your A/c,, its just like a Bank Account.

Moreover, you will be limited, in some cases, you might have lost money.

Ok. Just create your own Email, and attach to the PP account, remove your friends email id. as soon as possible do it.

Yes, there are more chances of resetting the password, so be cautious.

 

The risk is there.
But the risk is minimize coz your friend must know your CC number and secret question to reset the password.

I wouldn't lend my PayPal account to someone I don't trust.

 

Helping is good thing. However, you must be careful on dealing money. The buyers may chargeback after few days.

What you need to do is create a new email account and attach it to your PP account and forward (you can set it automatically using filter option in Gmail) all email you receive from PP on that new email to your friend's email account.

 

If you have just added his email address and didn't share any other other information (CC number , Secret question) then its okey , he can't change your account password .

But i'll suggest you not to share your account with anyone , it could give you harm anytime .
