My question is: Does ODP still offer free site submission? And if it does, then ,
How to add a link in it?
I tried to use the "suggest URL" link on the top right of the site's main page but its not directing me to the actual Add link Form.
The link below will direct you to the site in question:

    http://www.dmoz.com/

Enter category first and then click add. Submission is free.

DMOZ still does -- You just need to look for categories that have been constantly updating. When you find the constantly updated categories, feel free to add your stuff / possibly even become a DMOZ editor, it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you, but it's a great opportunity. Just don't corrupt the community.

    Hope that helps

I personally think that many catagory editors are corrupt. Entries are free, but I have heard stories of people sending 100 dollars or more to get their site accepted more quickly

There are various articles on the happenings of that -- There's even an article on how to do it -- just do a few Google searches and you'll get to it. Corrupt Dmoz editors or whatever the search was.

I highly suggest that you just put your link in a category that is consistently updated.

I have submitted to DMOZ a number of times without success...maybe I need to look at other factors as well and just keep trying like everyone else. Who was that Editor accepting bribes ?
