There are lots of tutorials if you google. Alot depends on the server scripting you have. If it's PHP it's very easy. I'm sure it is with ASP too You might be better to decide how you are going to run your mailing list first. Doing it from Outlook is incredibly inefficient. phpLists is great software and it builds the mailing list signon forms for you - especially since you have to comply with NZ Spam laws and include opt-out links etc. If you are looking for a paid option where you don't have to worry about security, maintenance etc take a look at mobilizemail.com
