Im planning a website but i need to find a scrip that allows people to comment and give a /5 star ranking, the comment box would need to only allow for a name and comment with a word limit of 40 words no html allowed. Comments need to be editable from somewhere much like the admin pannel in wordpress they need to be accepted first. . . . If this possible? and i dont want a wordpress website if that was your next idea XD If this doesnt exist whats closest to this? it probably needs a capatch to stop spam. If this does nto exist how much would it cost for someone to creat it?
