Add a bank account in paypal query?

i want to withdraw paypal balance through bank.
For this i need to add bank account in paypal.

The south indian bank provides 16 digit account number like below....
0209055000023xxx

In my pass book they noted my account number as 55-23xxx

It confused me.

Which one i need to fill 'account number' box in paypal?
16 digit or 7 digit one?

 

i have another doubt.
First name and second name of paypal account should match bank account name for withdrawal?

My paypal name is
First name ..... J
Second name.. Jovina

my bank account name is ...J.Jovina

is it ok?

 

Firstly if you are from India, then I think paypal has not yet started incorporating bank account with your paypal account. So it doesnot really matter when you send them the details. Yes about the first and last name, you can put it exactly as its displayed on your bank statement generated every month.
