adcenter sucks rejected many keywords relevant. after submit keywords 2 mins they reject my many keywords. ads and keywords are relevant. i send e-mail to support wait for they answer anyone had this problem ?? i submit 3 Campaigns they reject all .
Well I signed up with MSN 8 days ago now and they still haven't even bothered to Review my ad or keywords. I've sent in trouble tickets and get no response. I would rather get denied then have them not even review my ads/keywords lol.
While I made an epic complaint post about adCenter in the "Not a big fan of adCenter" thread, the rejection of keywords is one area I have very few complaints about MSN's work. I do think their review time is absurd, taking up to several days, but the keywords of ours they rejected are within the scope of "too broad."
i have spoke to msn about this on several occassions and they told me that it is a problem on their end and they change them back to appoved then a week later they go back to rejected. It can be frustrating but if you contact them you will have the best chance at getting htem approved manually instead of rejected automatically.
I was promoting a Vertical Jump program 2 weeks ago on MSN and they rejected the keyword Vertical Jump and Increasing your Vertical Jump. That makes no sense
Their editorial review process is totally out of control. For one example (out of many) I have one ad group for target gift cards. It keeps rejecting the word 'target' as irrelevant. Ummmmmm ok? Talk about fkd up. Basically they just randomly and for no good reason will reject keywords and ads.
Maybe they want you to bid on "Gift card" which eventually will increase your spending. More spending, more earning for them
Those who say keyword density is dead don't use AdCenter. I got "sitemapper" rejected for a page that was all about creating website sitemaps. I then added the word and... Yes, keyword got accepted
For me it's the misspelled ones, some of them get disapproved but not all of them you make ONE change for the keyword betting of the whole campaign and they go through the whole list and put them inactive. Very inefficient. I also receive like 100 emails in bulks to tell me I need to make some changes for my keywords while they are inactive and then they go back to approved or disapproved. I wish they would send me just one email for each ad group instead of putting 10 keywords an email
I'm managing two campaigns one is targeted US and the other one targeted to UK. All the keywords and Adtext got disapproved due to the reason "Disallowed behavior-Landing Page content not relevant" in UK campaign but in other campaign all the keywords & Adtext are active. I don't know what's happening there?
The first adCenter editorial rejection is automatic, this one is pretty large, the second one is manual and done by Editorial T1 people, they obviously never deal with KW list in the same way.. We operate with one campaign including Ads and KW List, when you have done this campaign and activate it, just go back on "Select a campaign" level, then create a new campaign, then "Copy an existing ad copy", select your first campaign including Ads and KW, put the same budget and bids.. It takes 2 minutes for you but for them at least 15 so do it again like 5, 10 times and at the end of the day just keep the one with the best treatment, sometimes 100% KW are accepted.
