    It's all probably offered when you sign up with a new hosting or something. They provide you with free credits or set amount of money to use.

    Google / Yahoo is offering some (via specific links) but with min deposits.

    They hosting sites have the largest .. godaddy has as much as $250.00 promo for opening a reseller account. Seen some others with a simple google adword coupon search. If you type in amount of $100 with the words you will see a number of promos. Good luck.

    I havent seen any MSN Adcenter ones tho. YPN/Google yes, but not adcenter
