AdCenter Max Bid and CPC

    I set a max bid in Adcenter but when I got clicks my CPC was higher. Doesn't that beat the whole purpose of setting a max bid?

    Anyone else have this experience?

    No I screwed up, I did some preferential (demographic) bids that I totally forgot about.
