Does Microsoft use a content network for adCenter like Google does with Adwords? If so, is there a way to disable it?

Microsoft adCenter coming out with Microsoft's "Content ads" same thing as Google's adSense to hit this fall! Get ready to expand and make money with Microsoft adCenter

Not really. Content ads will start on a very limited number of MSN owned properties, not individual sites out on the web.

I figure it will be at least the start of 2007 before Microsoft extends that service to the public. I'm looking forward to it... Theres a few doubts in my mind, but with the release of windows vista around the corner... Livesearch should explode... whereas their adcenter should be decent..

I think we still have to wait for quite some time for ContentAds to be available to public webmasters.

No, still just being tested with a limited number of advertisers as far as I know.
