    Try Smowtion. I'm using them and they have had a good CPM and they are good with international traffic, but they don't count clicks.

    Where are you earning more money from your traffic than with AdBrite? In general, if your revenue is low, the better the placement, the better the CTR. Also, how are you selecting targeting for your site?
