I have registered 4 days ago, but ads still show "Advertise on this site"
and there is no my site in AdBrite Site Directory

    Why?

Are you using the RON ads? If you are not then you will not get any ads until someone purchases ads from your site and they are more likely to purchase if you have a good looking site and have the ads in a good position and the ads look more like a bargain.

I don't use Adbrite for putting ads on my site, so other than that, I could be slightly wrong, but I would think it works something like that as I was thinking of using them before and did test them out a little but didn't bother then, but may change my mind again soon.

RON is Run Of Network ads. So if you have select to run the ads from the entire network, then ads should show. This helps so that you can have ads and earn from them while you are waiting for you own advertisers I think.

i have had trouble with 468 banner ad types in the past with adbrite they work for a few hours then they just display nothing, from what i hear those ad types are cpm based which don't have as many advertisers and the cpc flexable ads.

I have the same problem with many of my sites. I have RON ads selected, but I still have yet to get any ads. I have five proxies using AdBrite, they are all setup the same, yet only one gets ads to appear. Strange.

    adbrite isn't ppc.
you setup your ads and your price and advertisers maybe buy ads from you.

    try adsense.

I am having the same issue. I actually had to take them down. Whats weird is that they were running fine for a few months, then all of a sudden the ads stopped displaying. I had Run of Network selected but nothing woudl appear for weeks. Odd...

actually it is, flexible ads have ppc ads wheres 468 banners do not which is the reason why you don't see to many ads appear if any. both 468 and flexible ads also have cpm ads.

As I see it, you have to have people bid on the space. If no one bids you just have a blank spot until they do.

I think a few people are confused here. AdBrite IS PPC if you use network ads. If nobody buys an ad for a flat rate for your site, network ads will be displayed instead in the available slots. You will get paid PPC for these. You will want to approve any network ads though because then you can choose what fits your niche the best, and also choose the higher paying PPC ads. I have been using them for months now and get paid PPC for my network ads....

With my site I'm not sure whether the ads are not displaying or whether the vertical banner dosen't have enough room or its because I'm not hitting the minimum amount of money from google adsense when thats hit adbrte takes over(even though it said that it would display the google ads) :(

Adbrite let you make ad spaces and set u price , keywords , and some info
then u'll be in there's directory for advertisers.
they've some pay per click ads but very very low price rate.

Thats what so great about AdBrite! :) You earn a lot more money if you sell your ad space directly to advertisers and not by using the network ads.

About the thing that ads doesnt show up. Many publishers on the adbrite forum has complained that they don't see any ads either. But everyone else except the publisher of the site can see the ads just fine.
