Adbrite Referral Program - Does it pay for clicks?

I started using the Adbrite Referral Program last month.

Yesterday, I noticed that I have $4.58 from referral revenues.

However, I have got no sign-ups.

From where did this $4.58 come from? Did I get paid for the visitors that I sent to Adbrite?

 

I believe they do as I have some revenue from referrals but they've never sold any ads.

Goto Referral Program -> Detailed Report -> All Referral's

They don't usually show up in "Referral's with Revenue" until they sell ads on their pages.
