    AdBrite answer = you can't.
    It's non-contextual so you get random network ads, mostly to do with finance in my experience.

    uncheck auto-approve.you can reject ads that you dont want.

    with non-contextual programs you may get paid a little more than some other programs, but you generally get alot less clicks. So in the end you miss out.

    I recommend contextual whereever possible.
