Adbrite + pop-under (valueclickmedia) = problem?

    Hi there i just wanted to check if having Adbrite + pop-under from valueclickmedia is "illegal" or agains TOS?

    Does any of you KOW? (and i mean know ... not think :p)

    Adbrite's TOS no write.
    Cuz I push both than Adbrite mail for me say : Adbrite can't both with any pop-under ads.
    You just only picks one.
