I haven't received my last adbrite check, I've emailed support but considering my last email was answered 3 weeks after sending it, and considering I'm probably in the top 10% percentile for publisher sizes I'd really appreciate someone helping me..the check is pretty big and I can't just let it disappear in oblivion Is there any PR or adbrite employee on this board who can help me out?
Hello Markus, Sorry to hear that, I noticed a member adbritechris who answers adbrite related questions on this forum.Try to PM him hope he will help you
This isn't an adbrite support forum. Simply contact AdBrite, ask them to cancel the old check, and re-submit it to you. They do have very good customer service and accounting exactly for this purpose.
Yes, I woulid have to agree that their email response to me have been painfully slow. I would recommend calling if you can. Much quicker and easier way to get help from them. And I don't think you will have any problems getting another check issued or see if one was even sent out in the first place (not to say they don't pay, I have been paid on time with them before).
this months check or last months? if this months, its to early to say its lost. they may have sent it monday and wednesday is a US holiday. if its last months, what took you so long. call them up.phone support is alot better then email. btw, check do get lost in the mail.when that happens they don't write you a new check.it will get added to the next pay period.
Got this email last night. Bad enough that they refuse to use some type of electronic funds transfer as it is..... Dear AdBrite Publisher, We're sending you this to notify you of a problem we experienced with this month's publisher payments. Our automated check issuing service unintentionally mailed the wrong checks to a small number of AdBrite publishers. If you received your check as usual this month, please disregard this email. If you do not receive your check by Friday, July 13 (July 27 for users outside of the United States), or received someone else's check, or received multiple checks, we request that you notify AdBrite as soon as you can, at . Please include the following information: Your information: Your name Your company name Your AdBrite username Wrong check information (if appropriate): Check number Payment id Check amount Payable to name We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and look forward to continuing to assist you with your advertising needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Sincerest regards, AdBrite
I allways got my checks from Adbrite(lots of them so far) This month, i'll see if i get it untill 28..otherwise i'll have to mail them!
There's toll free number listed. I'll use that instead. You don't snail mail people their money, screw that up and then send an email that does little or nothing to explain whether or not or even how th issue will be resolved. I've an individual in this very thread stating that the mis-sent funds will be applied to the next months due payment as opposed to being resent separately. If true then that would be more info than what was provided in the email itself. bass ackwards that is.
I got that email also and I have not received my check yet. I tried to email them 4 times but got bounce backs everytime from the address they supplied. I tried calling them and they told me I'd have to email them!!?? WTF!
Adbrite has a terrible support. I send them a mail for may lost check before more than a month, and no response. And they want to be a competition of Google. Imposible !
