I using both on one of my pages with pure google traffic (about 1.5k/day)

    Adbrite: 2,441 17 $0.93
    Adsense: 2,270 24 $0.96

Thats huge 41 clicks and the revenue is shitty 1,9$!

Using also the picText ad from adtoll and the click rate is realy bad only 1click/day.
The adtoll ad is on mutch better spot like the adbrite ad.

this is about your website, if your website category is in a low-budget, you will get lower money from your clicks.

You have low paying keywords or you are smartpriced (because of non-converting traffic).

I have had a horrible payout from Adbrite and completely quit using their services, Google Adsense has been much better so I guess certain keywords differ greatly between the two services.

off 2000 impressions I would average roughly $6 with 15 to 20 clicks.

You can use other ads besides AdSense as long as color schemes do not match too much.

You must focus more on traffic, since AdBrite is more CPM earner than CPC, because it doesn't show very targeted ads, equal to less click through rate...

what price point do you set adbrite to beat? I have tried using $1.00 CPM and only had 200 ad impressions out of 3600 ad zone views. Dropping the CPM to $0.60 and going to see what happens the next few days.

You better don't risk if you don't know how, but to be more specific, don't use the exact color schemes (this means use different and non-matching colors when you generate the codes for the both) on both AdBrite and AdSense ads on the same page and don't put the both ads close to each other. Also, you better ask the AdSense support team immediately after every change you make if it compiles with the TOS, just to be on the safe side... :)

You mean the minimum CPM that AdBrite must be making before it shows the alternative code if it can not make that much, because of low fill rate? I don't use the alternative code function that much, but in case I use it, I usually set the minimum to 15 cents. If AdBrite can not make me 15 cents per CPM, it starts showing the alternative ad code (which supposabely will make those 15 cents, since that is the whole point). I see that you put the minimum to $1, but do you think that AdBrite has that much inventory with ads paying more than $1 per CPM? I personally, don't experienced that. I have very low CPM rate with AdBrite, since I receive massive traffic on my sites and mostly the network ads are shown, because of the low fill rate, which causes low earnings per CPM.
