I placed AdBrite on my page 5 days ago but there are no ads showing, only the default one "Powered by AdBrite" . Maybe AdBrite is gonna crash...

If you are new to adbrite it takes a little while to get approved and have ads on your site.

once you stay with them for a bit, you start getting more and more ads rotated.

Ive been with them for 4 months now and im getting a steady $0.90 to $1.20 a day just through adbrite

Adbrite is not a big revenue earner. I tried it on my website which has Half a Million Page views per month for 2 days. I am getting only .75 cents for nearly 10000 page views. Very bad. Moreover the ads are mostly get rich quick schemes and MLM. Poor Quality of Ads. They pay only after 90 days and by check. Very Bad. Never go for it.
