What's the URL? If it's any of the ones in your sig, they are all AdSense...

It's not that easy. Who ever signs up has to earn that 200 bucks. Not to mention they have to be accepted by google in the first place. Overall adsense isn't the best product to sell there are better offers out there.

    Thank You

Adbrite has entered into a contract to display Adsense ads, I guess.

    Peace,

AdBrite has an option to display alternative advertisement code when no ads are available. Make sure you didn't entered your AdSense in there. You are breaking a lot of the AdSense ToS if you do. :D

That would probably be the dumbest thing an ad network can do.

This is probably more likely the case.

    Thank You

no,it is just the dumbest thing he could say. ;)

there are lower tier cpm networks that some people use to show their adsense on other sites.
those cpm networks sell ad inventory to other cpm networks.
under ad stats, you'll see "This is a 3rd party banner".

you are not violating the TOS if an adsense ad shows up,but the person that owns that ad code is.

in general in is best to reject 3rd party ads as they contain popups,virus,ect...

If AdSense code is placed on another ad networks (like AdBrite), this is a serious violation of the ToS. If you do, you break those rules from their policies:
    • May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites (the keyword here is third-party).
    • May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites". ("Your Ad Here" is not from the allowed list)
    • Any AdSense code must be pasted directly into webpages without modification. AdSense participants are not allowed to alter any portion of the code or change the behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads. For instance, clicks on Google ads may not result in a new browser window being launched.
    • A site or third party cannot display our ads, search box, search results, or referral buttons as a result of the actions of any software application such as a toolbar.
    • No AdSense code may be integrated into a software application. (or ad service)
    • No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages.
    • Also, you can not place AdSense in frames, but I couldn't find that part right now, and in this case it is but in an AdBrite frame (which is non-content-based page and breaks the rule above).

Well you must have used it in your adbrite setup, asking for a minimum amount to display adbrite ads.
