Hi there, I posted this on general chat but no responces since it may have been the wrong forum so i hope to get some responces now! I've had account with AdBrite for about a year but basicly did not use it the last month or so. So one week ago i set up a zone with adbrite and ads didn't show up, so i contact support and explain to them the problem, they asked for the ad code, so I give it to them and adbrite support replyes that my publisher account is "limited" due to invalid clicks and/or impressions. They asked me to give them logs from my traffic to analyze whats the case but becaose I did not extend my contract with my host obviosly the account was deleted so there is no way for me too see the traffic logs for my sites. I've told this to adbrite support and that from my numbers: 80.000 impressions with 250 clicks and 0.1$ profit per click i don't think there can be any invalid clicks or impressions and they reply with this:" Hello, We were unable to validate your traffic with the information that you have provided. You will have to fill your publisher needs elsewhere. Best Regards, Community Standards Team AdBrite, "The Internet's Ad Marketplace" WTF, are robots working at AdBrite, when i told them i have no logs of my traffic becaose my account with that host expired and i did not renew it. Furthermore i was out of internet for 3 months and had not visited my sites so therefore its totally up to adbrite to not count invalid clicks or impression instead of abusing my account and "limiting" it, the weaker word than banned basicly! So my question is how to proceed in this case, should I threten them with law suit or mauby try again in a polite way or what, and have any1 of you experienced this kind of crap from Adbrite!?
You will have to provide logs of your traffic. The people working at Adbrite are dumb because when you show them traffic logs from any server without even written your URL in the snapshot of log, they will still accept it! It was an experience with my friend so you can give it a try too
