A large ammount of ads on my site are CPM.

I was wondering if users use adblock, does google still see it as an impression on the ad and bill the advertiser?

The reason I ask here is that I am wondering if these users if there are any, jepordize my adSense account?

P.S is it okay with google to show adsense ads to IE users (70%) and another advertising company(etology for example) for the FF users(30%).

People using adblock will no be counted as an impression. The actual ad will never be download to the client.

    There won't be any problems.

That would be no problem with Google. There is nothing that says that you need to show ads to all your visitors.
