Ok, lets get this taken care of right away. What is your ID number elkhra? I will personally handle your account to find out why you have not received a payment. email me at: michael @ adangler (dot) com To: hot756, no we are not a scam. We have been around since 2009. If you need a manager to contact you let me know. Do not use our 1800 unless you are leaving a message, I removed all AM's cellphones from it. Please read below: QUOTE: "I personally made the decision a few months ago to take down our toll-free number from our website, all staff members email signatures and all affiliate accounts and strictly use email communication from this point on. I personally feel all dealing are much safer with actual transcript than a phone conversation. This was mainly decided to eliminate misunderstandings and legal liabilities among our advertisers not affiliate issues. Ad Angler has recently grown substantially and one major truth to this business is with the presence of larger amounts of traffic and higher amounts of commissions to collect from more advertisers, the greater the risk of a lawsuits or worst advertiser non-payments because a misunderstanding over the phone with our sale team. Although we have legal contacts with all our advertiser to help protect us, this just felt like an extra layer of protection and was advised by our lawyer. On a side note, I did eliminate all extensions on our phone system from forwarding calls directly to my affiliate managers cell phones. So yes the extension you dialed would not of picked up, but all voicemails left to that extensions inbox does still record and instantly emails that recording directly to the corresponding staff members for that extension, all my affiliate managers are fully capable of listening to the left voicemail to on their computer and able to quickly respond back through email. I was however hoping to completely do away with our phone lines soon for everyone." This could be why you guys have contacted and no response, please email your AM or me! What is your partners ID number Andrea Bustamante? I will personally handle your account to find out why you have not received a payment. email me at: michael @ adangler (dot) com

I have sent a few messages to Ad Angler, and left two voice mail messages regarding why many of my advertiser requests are getting declined, and still no one has bothered to return an email or a call. I would be very leery in using any service where they think it is OK to ignore valid questions. I noticed that the forum dedicated to Ad Angler was pulled. This is where I have been posting my comments about trying to get someone from the company to respond to my three emails and two voice mails. It is clear that they either they don't care about us publishers or that they may be having issues on the advertiser site. I really don't understand why no one will address my questions on why most of my offer requests were declined on my content-based blog site. If anyone from Ad Angler is reading this, please explain why no one will respond to my five requests to your company. Thanks, Joe
The heading says it all. Not a word still to my 5 requests for help from Ad Angler. It has been a few days now since I had asked why most of my offer requests were declined, while others were not. I think the entire company must be on vacation or something. Joe
It's always a good idea to get reviews from people who have been paid on a regular basis before spending time and money on a network
Just a follow up. Another full day and they don't give a darn about my issues. I have never heard from them regarding the advertiser declines. If you decide to use them, you are being foolish. They have zilch customer service and have no interest in actually responding to valid questions. Good thing I am not trying to get paid by them. You have been warned! Joe
Ad Angler sure has plenty of nice offers to use, but not sure how they have all these when they don't want to help their publishers actually get approved to use them. If anyone of you have an inside connection to the folks at AA, have one of them post here to address my comments. Thanks,
OK, I want to report that Jason did get back to me to let me know why my advertiser requests were declined and that this was corrected. So, in the same forum where I complained that no one would get back to me I want to also use this same forum to state that I did get the reply that I was looking for. Not sure what took so long, but as I say, better late than never. Thanks Jason for responding. Joe
Hey, Finally back here to see what was going on. We where doing some transitions back then. Here is a notification that was sent to all publishers at the bottom of my post. As for the unanswered emails, we had 2 AM's slip up and we had to let them go. Jason, the guy that got back to everyone is actually the Network Manager and he had to take over all those accounts. Since then we have hired a much larger staff and are always here to help. If anyone does not get a response by email within 24 hours (excluding weekends) from now on please email Sandra, her email is located in every new affiliates acceptance email. Also we ask all our affiliates to please make sure you whitelist our email addresses and domain to avoid a stressful situation. If your email went to our junk folder we may take longer that 24 hours. To avoid this use a free email provider like gMail, Yahoo, ect. I would also like to mention as a side note that all our affiliates are welcome to message us on our Facebook page or Twitter page. I do apologize for all the inconveniences we have caused everyone but I'm sure everything is settled and all is well. BTW. The below decision was done for legal reasons with our advertisers and to protect and avoid misunderstandings with our affiliates. LETTER TO ALL AFFILIATES: We stopped accepting incoming calls on our phone system when we changed platforms back in January. Affiliates were notified of the change. This is just another reminder to those who did not receive the initial notification. Our phone system is still LIVE and we are able to receive messages. These messages are then forwarded via email to the appropriate department. The traditional phone system was dropped during the time we switched tracking platforms because we felt that communicating by email was more efficient and simplified our business while managed our time better able to serve our affiliates. In addition, our newer system is a more effective means of communication between our affiliates, our clients, and ourselves in order to avoid further confusion.
