    What ad_network_ads.txt file do? Does it keep growing like that without
    end? What trims it down if it gets too big?

    It keeps a cache of ads for your site. It doesn't/shouldn't grow to infinity. I think it holds up to 400 ads.

    You can always "flush" that file if is gets too big.
