ad_network_ads.txt Issues

    Ok
    I entered in 
    
touch ad_network_ads.txt
chmod +777 ad_network_ads.txt
    Code (markup):
    A Refresh on my site, still claims it's not writable.
    I have even deleted and retouched the file in an attempt to fix, as one other poster seemed to resolve this problem this way, but to no avail.

    Any Ideas ?

    What kind of ftp client do you use to upload files. I use Flash fxp , if you need a full version , just drop me a PM. Use that client to set the proper rights.

    This is on my personal Fedora Core 3 server at home.
    I know how to set the permissions.

    Try hardcoding the full path to the ad_network_ads.txt file. Maybe it's looking for it in a different directory.
