No problems on the update :)

When will the stats be available? Will they show up on the login page?

Shawn, anyway you can post us a screen shot of where and what they will look like?

    Thanks!

In reference to this post: forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=127974&postcount=2

I still have to keep allow_url_fopen 'on' for it to work.

Nice updating, working without problems. No weight loss, no other problems.

Great. When will we be able to see those new charts?

I have NO idea where to change this code....My new ads are working but as you say I want Ad1 | Ad2 | Ad3 | Ad4 | Ad5 and NOT the <br> How would I manage it?

In the setup instructions for making ad_network_213.php it says separate ads with <BR> change that to - then save the code and they will all be on one line

    Thanks for that, works fine.

    For everyone else:

    In the ad_network_213 FILE

    >>>Find line 75

    and change from:
    $ad_network = implode (' <br> ', $ad_network);

    to:
    $ad_network = implode (' | ', $ad_network);

**OR** even better just use the control panel and where it says seperate ads with PUT in what how you want your ads seperated......

Don't you just love how Shawn makes it all so easy, but I (and may be others!) try to make hard work out of it!!

This should be a working asp version, however the stat function can of course not be tested at this point, so it might not work at all :)

I'm quite confident though, though it is provided "as is" and I take no responsibility. It is a modified version of an earlier asp script found on this conference.

Use the constants in the beginning of the file to set the number of ads and the separator to use. I've also commented some of the code as a part of me trying to understand what was happening.

If we could get a sticky thread somewhere for the latest asp-version I think it would be easier for all us asp'ers. I think I tried three different versions when joining before finding one that worked.

    Something is wrong here.

People are losing weight left and right. I have lost weight, and most of my referrals have lost weight as well.

My weight overall is down 30% since the update. This includes reductions in referral weight.

This is strange, ever since i have updated the 5 links i choose to display are the same. I mean, same link five times in a page, though the link changes from page to page.

Just refresh your page, on each page load it should change one at a time.
Mine did that too, but after a few refreshes its better.
I guess it retrieves one set of links from dp's server per impression?

I also lost all of my weight, except referrals, after changing over. It came back today though. Maybe problems with google api's.

I updated and it worked fine.. .but...

I wish we could track # of clicks also!

Hey, any chance of letting us insert something like: class="mystyle" into the links?

Nice update....very easy to install.....it sounds like some people need to set up a PHP include footer file...it will make updating those 2000 pages MUCH faster for next time :)

    I did that using:

    str_replace("\">","\" class=\"some_class\">",$ad_network)

    PHP:
    Hope that helps somebody.

It validates. I'm sure we will soon know though if this is or isn't permitted.

Working on it right now... Has to do with the fact that so many requests are coming in... Hopefully should be fixed in a few minutes.

I know where my ad_network.php and ad_network.txt files are.

What exactly do I do with them?

What are the exact steps to this update?

Where is the new code found?

    Sincerely,
    Demo (new to all this)
