Don't start 2 threads asking basically the same question. Adwords is a program that allows people with a business, service or something to sell, to buy advertising space on Google search pages, as sponsored results, also on blogs and similar websites. Adsense is the program that blog owners and webmasters use, in which they are paid to publish ads on their site.
