Ad won't show in right size

I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with it I checked coding and so on and the google ad should not be going to a header size. I set it to half banner size to put it at the end of each article of our magazines website. Please help me with this because I am stumped.

And also I forgot to note that no where on it does it say google ads. But you can check the page source and coding and it shows up as google adsense
