Advertising units served by merchant server cause W3C code violations. Is there a solution to this problem? The ampersand should actually be written in full. & Code (markup): versus & Code (markup): Tell them to fix it and see how that works out. If you don't want clients to see the errors, have them validate a clean page and explain that you aren't responsible for code that resides on external servers. Also, tell them that Google ads give the same error. There might be more in there, but I went with the first thing that came to mind. Cheers!
There are a few errors in the code and most are due to special characters. Good advice...if an merchant wants to advertise on quality sites they should ensure that the ad unit is written in compliant code...just my opinion. Has anyone had a similar issue and found resolution that does not involve "living with errors"?
