Ad unit under a Title?

    1.Is it ok to place ad unit under a title if I also include Sponsored Links under
    the title? Whatever the title is?

    example:

    Today's Hot Deals
    ___________________
    Sponsored Links:
    Google adsense Ad unit
    ___________________
