Ad Underreview for a Week

    My one week old campaign is not running because the ads are still "under review". Keywords are all rated O.K. I guess they don't like the masked URL but not really sure why. I'm working on a landing page that is what I want to add eventually anyway. What is my best strategy right now? Should I just wait until the landing page is ready? Should I switch to direct linking?

    I have the exact same problem!!! I'm so glad i'm not the only one! My ad has been under review for about 3 days now and I have a landing page setup..

    With my knowledge:

    1. If You activate adwords acc. by CC

    Usually it takes 5-7 days. But You can write email to google :
    XX is for domain name of Your country, for germany it is de, so , for italy etc.

    If You write email with short comment and ID adwords acc. it takes 1-3 days for checking. Sometimes even few houres. When You send email and You get automated answer by robot, You can write once again. If google will get more emails about this problem they will solve it quicker. This is my experiance.

    2. If You activate by bank wire ( allowed in some countries )

    Ads show immediatelly after received a payment.

    Same problem with me guys..My campaign is now five days old and still in Under review .. Today I paused it after waiting so long..

    If You have information - contact us, so they are checking the billing informations. If You have any other information, probably You acc. will never work, because there is same critical problems.

    Sometimes it seems impossible to contact google... and if you do contact them sometimes they dont reply :s

    Thanks to ChrisBa suggesting to write to them. I did last Friday and my ads are approved! Checking the status of the 286 keywords:

    QS?

    10/10 60% of the keywords
    7/10 40%

    Showing Ad?

    60% of the 10/10 keywords and 70% of the 7/10 are showing ads.

    What should I do about the keywords not showing ads? Is there something I can do to improve the Quality Scores?

    Timing wise, should I wait till getting enough clicks before changes?

    I received the e-mail from Adwords support saying my ads are not approved right after I finished last e-mail here. However the status of my ads are marked "Approved (non-family)" because the product is for penis enlargement. I'll just wait for a day or 2 to see if any clicks coming in before contacting Google again. Meanwhile any suggestions?
