Ad Text Trademark Term Question?

    Hi,

I have been having some problems with Google disabling terms due to trademark infringement. I have permission to use the trademark in most countries but not in Spain for example.

I know that the Spanish trademark holder has filed a trademark infringement claim. Does anyone know if this means that Google will stop all my global ads containing the trademark term? (because obviously these ads will appear in Spain)

Will setting up the ads but excluding Spain from search results solve the problem? If so, is there an easy way to do this? i.e. exclude countries rather than include all the others.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be to work this out with AdWords support.

Thanks for the reply but I am at my wits end with Adwords 'support' (UK & Ireland). They are hopeless at answering questions and just fire out knowledge based responses.

I will give it a try but meanwhile if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.
