I have a new website that I just put up, and the ad targetting is only working on the index page...I tried adding in the other pages to YPN ad targetting, but I am still getting bogus ads...anyone got a suggestion?

If you just added ads to a new site it will take some time for the bots to find ads relevent to your content.

I placed some new ads on my website and they got targeted ads within minutes. I don't use YPN but the trick to getting targeted ads is having the page be a content page. In other words you need to put up fresh content first. New websites should wait a minimum of 30 days before you monetize them.

You may not be getting targeted ads because your website (or page) is so new that the search engines haven't found it yet. Age makes a big difference in the quality of ads you get. So don't be alarmed that you aren't getting targeted ads on new websites or pages.

Best to wait until the pages are indexed before you put ads on them. Unless of course you have a wide syndication in which case the pages should get found pretty quickly.

    Hope this helps

I'm running some sites to for adsense most ads are place in home page because the landing page is home page so I decided to put it there. Actually it really depends on the landing page most views were come from home page to its better to be in home page.

Have you tried placing the ad as close as you can to the content? If so and it's not working, then it might be time to try another ad network
