Ad targeting on search results pages

    I run a few niche search engines but the ads Google shows on my search results pages are not targeted at all.
    Is there a chance to show ads on search results pages based on the query?

    This would be the best solution: Someone submits a query about "dating", he gets search results about dating and adsense ads about dating.

    I own a script which can do this, but this would break adsense TOS so I don't use it.

    i thought i read somewhere regarding adsense TOS that ads arent allowed to be shown on search results pages, if someone could correct me if im wrong, that would be great.

    As far as I know they are allowed.
