    w3schools has a nice tutorial
    http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp

and here you can directly practice by modifying the values for td width, etc, then click and see:
    http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_tables

while a width value without dimensions defaults to px
it is a much better practice to always mention the dimensions - i.e. % or px ... after the value

    hence for example:

    <td width="200px" height="600px">200pxx600px</td>

include in your sizes always border, cellpadding and cellspacing

of course you can define such also in your CSS for repeated advertisment tables across the site!

If I am right, then your width of
    width="136%"
makes the table 136% the size of your browser window
no good choice. except you want ppl to scroll to see full page

despite the fact that we MAY have default values ( px OR % ) I prefer to define when ever definition possible to assure ALL browsers incl mobile browsers and non-w3c compliant browsers KNOW what to display

    2.
you offer for an add is flattering
    but
    that does NOT help YOU
i see you have a young site with near zero traffic
as soon as traffic starts you may need ads for your revenue to invest into YOUR future.

if then - much later - you have TOO much revenue - just spend now and then an amount for charity in your neighborhood
or help another newbie online in a forum

    that helps you more.

I am an old man with MANY decades of most active life and have plenty of traffic and excellent adsense results - hence nothing to worry about ads for me.

promote your site / add adsense in top placements or other ads whatever matches your life

and if you have no paying ads to place at all, ...

then think about advertising your own best products - like I have my large horizontal banner on my (ONLY ) site's homepage about wallpapers ....

adsense works excellently if you have the traffic!!
I use adsense alone, no other advertisers so far - have ONE single site - and do excellent ( last year some 46+k us$ )

adsense success depends all from your adsense optimization !!
i.e. placements and color schemes as well as formats

of course you always have to make sure your site's content is within adsense TOS

if you have to scroll on some broswsers
make sure you have NO table with a value greater than 100% !!!

if you define width of your site or banners
keep in mind that ab out 90% of all browsers ( my own last precise stat from visitors from 210+ countries ) have a monitor resolution of 1024x768 OR greater
hence some 10% ( this number is DEcreasing steadily ) have an old fashioned monitor resolution of 800x600 or so

    hence

if you define anything in pixel - like banner etc
keep it within the 768x1024 monitor - that suits MOST ppl without having to scroll
ur site looks perfect on my monitor - but i have widescreen :) 1050x1690 px ... but the broswer much smaller than the screen

if you have different table unites side by side
    or
    div side by side
always keep in mind any possible default margins or spaces/border-values when adding up all horizontal width values to match your 1024 px max width ( including margins for page, etc

    2.
all my sig links are my site

    3.
now you also may have a look at some HTML errors
    see
    http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://www.xninelivesx.com/

    start from TOP to bottom
make corrections in template where needed
    until all fully validated
valid code makes life easier for you and all bots or mobile surfers
