Ad sitelinks - any ideas on two line vs. one line?

    I've had a search for any previous threads on this, but couldn't find anything. The new ad sitelinks have made things interesting, specifically trying to determine why certain ads get one line of sitelinks and others get two lines.

    From my experience, I've seen that despite ads for the same adgroup having very similar CTR and both ranking first, one will have two lines of sitelinks and the other will have only one line.

    From what I can see, it's only the ad copy that makes the difference, even though both ads are very similar in terms of copy.

    Just wondering what everyone else's experiences have been like and if anyone has any insight as to what the primary factors are at play here? Any ideas would be much appreciated!
