Ad Scheduling & Other Questions

Hi - Sorry if this has been asked before, but I set my Ad Scheduling from 7.00am in the morning to 11.00pm at night when setting up my campaign. Will my two ad groups appear from 7.00am - 11.00pm Local Time in my target country - the USA? If not - then at what time will they appear? I'm in Australia by the way.
Also, I have the same keyword phrases (about 70) in two separate Ad Groups under the one campaign to see which advertisement obtains a better CTR. Also, set Standard delivery to show ads evenly over time and Optimised to show better performing ads more often. Is that the best way to do it?

However, even though all my keywords are active (but not showing on the first page) , when I went to search for my ads at www.google.com/search (within the above times in the US ) they're no where to be seen?

    Don't quite understand.

    Thanks.

    Ken

i'm not sure, but you should be able to ask google. It makes sense for the default to be that of the targeted area.

I'd advise against using the scheduler, unless your product is very specific to time of day.

I tried it, and it actually made things worse. I target USA only, as my sites only allow a usa address to checkout.
