Ad rotation tool

    Hi does anyone know of a free ad rotation tool that will rotate ads withing my site and set frequency caps? And can also display ads to certain geo?

    Let me know about this and how can i install this on my server?

    hmm the phpadsnew (openx) dosent look bad at all. I am going to give that one a try. But just one question couldent find out if it allowed you to target certain countries?
