    It says there in Russian that "only active accounts can create or edit ad campaigns". Did you deactivate your account?

    You tried 40 different accounts? They (facebook) probably deactivated all of them.

    yes me and my friends try minimum 90 account today but no 1 active. 3 different ethenet and 3 diff. pc but no 1 active :s its woking 4 days ago

    Their system is pretty smart. Sooner or later it connects your accounts by the internet provider, IPs, computer IPs, etc.
